Our Story

At Rooted & Growing, we believe God's Word changes lives.

Our mission is to help women know God's Word, grow in their faith, and disciple others through Scripture-centered Bible studies, discipleship resources, workshops, and authentic Christian community.

We believe the Bible is more than a book to read - it is God's living, active, and unchanging Word. As we study Scripture, we come to know God's character, understand His promises, and discover His plan of redemption through Jesus Christ. Our desire is to equip women not only to read the Bible, but to understand it, apply it, and confidently share it with others.

Through the Rooted Framework™, we seek to cultivate disciples who are deeply rooted in God's Word, growing in His grace, faithfully serving His Church, and making disciples in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.

believe

The Scriptures

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our final authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living.

God

We believe there is one true God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - three Persons, equal in power and glory.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, ascended into heaven, and will one day return in glory.

Salvation

We believe salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. We are forgiven, redeemed, and made new - not by our works, but by His finished work on the cross.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within every believer, empowering us to grow in holiness, understand God's Word, produce spiritual fruit, and faithfully serve Christ.

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, and serve others in love. We are passionate about supporting and strengthening local churches through biblical resources and discipleship.

Discipleship

We believe every follower of Jesus is called to continue growing in faith, studying God's Word, living out the Gospel, and helping others become disciples of Christ.

Our heart is simple.

We want to see women fall in love with God's Word.

We want to equip women to confidently study Scripture for themselves, to mentor the next generation, to strengthen their homes and churches, and to boldly share the hope of the Gospel.

Whether you are opening your Bible for the very first time or have been walking with Christ for decades, we want you to know there is a place for you here.

Everything we create - from Bible studies and workshops to online courses, discipleship resources, and community - is designed to point people to Jesus Christ and encourage a lifelong love for His Word.

Our prayer is that every woman who encounters Rooted & Growing becomes deeply rooted in Scripture, continually growing in His grace, and faithfully living out the Great Commission by making disciples wherever God has called her.
