Leah & Rachel

Leah & Rachel’s story resonates deeply. I think about how often we, especially as women, can try to “measure up” in all the roles in our lives. How easy it becomes to compare. As I was thinking about this & how God sees us in these moments. He said “stop letting what people did to you or said about you mean more to you than what I did for you and what I say about you.” 🥹😭♥️ our identity is in Him and I am so thankful He loves us each as we are and designed us uniquely for His purpose♥️

Yes! I love how God has shown us through His Word, and through the stories of other women just how much He loves us. Our identity is found in Him and Him alone! He has made us worthy! How precious it is to know that ❤️ and believe it!

Genesis 27..... Then we read Genesis 29

This is a side note, but still relevant lol.

Rebekah and Jacob deceive Isaac to have him bless Jacob the youngest son (barely, but still younger) over Esau the oldest..... fast forward to chapter 29 when Laban deceives Jacob with marrying his oldest daughter Leah first..... over Rachel the younger one that Jacob had worked 7 years for.......🫠

What life was like for "Her"

What stands out to you most about what life was like for "her" throughout biblical history?

What things are still similar today, and was there anything that really stood out to you that you didn't think about before?

Every woman He used had a difficult path, and a story that I am sure seemed "less than perfect" to them. But now looking back, we can see God turn their story into something beautiful! I think that is so true today, and when we feel unworthy, we must remember, God works best in the mess. His strength is made perfect in our weakness!
