Limitation of Liability

Consent to Photography & Recording

By registering for or attending any event hosted by Rooted & Growing Revival (“Organization”) in the State of Ohio, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

You grant Rooted & Growing Revival, its representatives, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, video record, and/or otherwise capture your likeness, voice, and image during events.

 

Use of Media

You grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, and statements to be used in:

  • Social media platforms

  • Website content

  • Promotional materials

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Printed publications

  • Email communications

  • Future event promotions

 

This permission is granted without compensation, royalties, or payment of any kind.OwnershipAll photographs, video recordings, and media content taken at events remain the sole property of Rooted & Growing Revival.

 

Release of Claims

You release and hold harmless Rooted & Growing Revival from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the use of your image, likeness, or voice, including but not limited to:

  • Claims of defamation

  • Invasion of privacy

  • Misappropriation of likeness

  • Emotional distress

 

This release applies to uses permitted under Ohio law.

 

Duration

This consent is perpetual, worldwide, and irrevocable unless revoked in writing prior to the event.

 

Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge that attendance at events is voluntary and that photography and recording may occur in public event spaces.

 

Opt-Out Option

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify event staff in writing prior to the start of the event.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from incidental background capture in group settings.
