Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event.

No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event.

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with written notice.

If an event is canceled by Rooted & Growing Revival, a full refund or credit will be provided.

Physical Products

(Bible Kits & Merchandise)

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed after inspection.

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.
