Thank you for supporting Rooted & Growing. Every order helps us continue creating Scripture-centered resources that encourage people to become rooted in God's Word, grow in His grace, and faithfully make disciples.

Many of our products are thoughtfully printed, assembled, and packaged by hand. We appreciate your patience as we prepare each order with care.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

During new product launches, Bible study releases, workshops, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

 

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available for a workshop or event, you will be able to select that option during checkout when applicable.

 

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable resources and online course materials, are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping charges.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Rooted & Growing is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we cannot guarantee the actions of shipping carriers, we will gladly work with you to help resolve the issue.
