Whether you found us through a Bible study, a workshop, a friend, or simply while searching for resources to help you grow in your faith, we believe it is no accident that our paths have crossed. Our prayer is that this space becomes a place where you are encouraged, equipped, and continually pointed back to Jesus Christ and the truth of His Word.

At Rooted & Growing, our mission is simple:

To help women know God's Word, grow in their faith, and disciple others through Scripture-centered Bible studies, discipleship resources, workshops, and authentic Christian community.

Everything we create begins with that mission.

We believe the Bible is not just meant to be read—it is meant to be understood, treasured, and lived. God's Word transforms hearts, strengthens families, builds healthy churches, and equips believers to make disciples. That is why we are passionate about helping women move beyond simply reading Scripture to confidently studying it for themselves.

As God began stirring this ministry in our hearts, one question kept coming back to us:

What if more women felt confident opening God's Word and studying it deeply?

That question led to the development of the Rooted Framework™, a discipleship-centered Bible study method designed to help believers understand the historical context, biblical connections, gospel message, and practical application of Scripture. Our hope is that every woman who uses the Rooted Framework™ grows not only in biblical knowledge but in a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

But our vision extends beyond Bible studies.

Our heart is to see women become disciples who make disciples.

We want to encourage mentoring relationships between generations of women, strengthen Bible study groups, support local churches, and provide practical resources that help believers confidently teach and share God's Word. Whether you're leading a small group, serving in women's ministry, discipling a new believer, or simply desiring to grow personally, we want to come alongside you with tools that are biblically sound, practical, and centered on Christ.

We also believe that spiritual growth happens best in community.

That is why we are building The Rooted Collective—a place where women can study together, pray together, encourage one another, and walk alongside each other as sisters in Christ. We believe that when women gather around God's Word, lives are changed, families are strengthened, and churches are encouraged.

As this ministry grows, so will the resources we offer. Bible studies, online courses, workshops, discipleship tools, study journals, seasonal resources, and more are all being developed with one purpose in mind: helping God's people become deeply rooted in Scripture and continually growing in His grace.

Most of all, we want everything we do to bring glory to Jesus.

If even one woman opens her Bible with greater confidence, finds hope in God's promises, grows as a disciple, or begins mentoring someone else because of this ministry, then we will praise God for what He has done.

Thank you for being part of this journey from the very beginning. Whether you're studying with us for the first time or you've been walking alongside us since day one, we are grateful for you. Thank you for praying with us, encouraging us, sharing our resources, and believing in the vision God has placed before us.

We truly believe He is just getting started.

Our prayer is that this community will continue to grow—not for our name, but for His glory. May we become women who are deeply rooted in God's Word, firmly established in His truth, faithfully serving His Church, and boldly making disciples wherever He leads.
